Homestead Village Bachman Center

Project Overview

Exterior renovations involve adding a canopy structure to the main entrance of the Bachman Center, allowing for a covered pathway into the building.

This project consisted of matching the roof line and exterior design, in order to protect the residents and guests at the main entrance. Steel beams, masonry footers and posts, along with EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems), recessed lighting and ceiling carpentry were combined to create the dynamic entrance to protect the deliberate walkers.
